Join us for our 5th annual Tim Rigby Faith Run on September 12, 2026 at Rigby Park in Ferndale!
Event Details
- Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026
- Time: All divisions start at 9 AM with the exception of the kids (12 & Under), which starts at 8:45 AM
- Location: Rigby Park, 801-899 Ferndale Ave, Johnstown, PA 15905
- About the Course: Experience a beautiful, flat, and fast course that winds through Ferndale Borough and finishes with a scenic stretch along the Jim Mayer Riverwalk Trail.
Once you cross the finish line, the celebration begins:
- 🥞 Free Hot Breakfast: All participants get a free pancake and sausage breakfast to refuel.
- 🏰 Kids Zone: Bring the whole family! We will have a bounce house ready for kids 12 and under to enjoy.

- 5K Run
- 5K Competitive Walk
- Casual Walker 1 Mile
- Kids (12 & Under) – 8:45 am start!

The Inspiration Behind the Race: Tim Rigby
This event was born out of a desire to honor one of Johnstown’s true pillars of strength. Over the last several years, Tim Rigby has faced immense health battles, enduring two kidney transplants and fighting off Anaplastic Lymphoma. Since his most recent transplant in December 2021, Tim has worked tirelessly to maintain his health, all while serving as a steadfast, living example of a godly man. We run to celebrate his resilience and his unwavering faith.
